The electrical sub-feed THHN was not maintained within a conduit or other protective raceway. (b) Jobsite: 1079 Jefferson Road, Penn Hills, PA 15235: On or before November 4, 2013, employees were exposed to electrical hazards near the right side of the cafeteria facing the stage. The electrical sub-feed THHN was connected to the panel with a cable connector. (c) Jobsite: 1079 Jefferson Road, Penn Hills, PA 15235: On or before November 4, 2013, employees were exposed to electrical hazards near the left side of the cafeteria facing the stage. The electrical sub-feed THHN was not maintained within a conduit or other protective raceway. The electrical sub-feed THHN was not maintained within a conduit or other protective raceway where and passed through an entranceway.
