29 CFR 1926.353(e)(1): Suitable mechanical ventilation or respiratory protective equipment was not provided during general welding, cutting or heating operations where because of unusual physical or atmospheric conditions, an unsafe accumulation of contaminants existed. (a) Location - 195 McGregor St., Manchester, NH: On or about November 5, 2013, a Miller Blue Star 185 welder with an integrated generator was being used by employees and the workspace had not been properly ventilated.
