29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)     (a) On or about October 12-28, 2013, at the Olivet Center, for employees using 3M half face cartridge respirators while performing work in buildings such as but not limited to 3,11,12,14, 17 and 35. This work included but was not limited to moving furniture and unwanted items, using brooms and shovels to remove lead containing paint off the walls, dry sweeping lead debris, removing asbestos containing floor tiles and general cleaning throughout the buildings.  The employer required the use of these respirators and had not implemented a respiratory protection program.
