DISTINCTIVE CUSTOM ROOFING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312140056, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON JUNE 10, 2009, WITH RESPECT OT A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 15257 W.
