29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 44 Lynn Ann Lane, Beach Haven West NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection working at unprotected edges, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the ground surface below when running wires through pipes and other related activities associated with assembling sections of a modular homes.  Condition observed on or about 11/06/13.
