29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion: a) Construction Site: On or about November 5, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed shock and fire hazards had an electrical wiring with the outer insulation pulled away from the box. The electrical wiring provided temporary power to the outlets for employees to connect an air compressor and power tools used on the job site. b) Construction Site: On or about November 5, 2013, and at times prior, as the exposing employer, K2 Electric Inc., exposed Paradigm Contractors Inc., to shock and fire hazards in that Paradigm Contractors Inc., employees were using electric power tools and an air compressor that was supplied temporary power from electrical wiring with the outer insulation pulled away from the box.
