29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: At the location of 16665 151st St. in Olathe, KS, an employee engaged in cutting rebar with a saw (14 inch STIHL TS 420) was exposed to facial injuries. The employee was exposed in that a face shield was not in use.
