29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Construction Site: On or about February 5, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed shock and fire hazard by using an electrical cord that had a lack of strain relief to prevent the direct pull on the conductors. The electrical cord provided energy to the job site trailer on the job site.
