29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) Receiving Area, on or about and at times proceeding to November 1, 2013, Crown Pro 3000 Series (serial #1A270796) reach truck was operated while headlights were not operational, exposing employees to struck-by, and crushed-by hazards. The Home Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917723, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1833 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
