29 CFR 1926.1408(g)(1): The employer must train each operator and crew member assigned to work with the equipment on all of the following: 1926.1408(g)(1)(i) Procedures to be followed in the event of electrical contact with a power line. (a) Location: 235 Winthrop Avenue, Lawrence MA, 01840 On or about 11/6/2013, the employer placed employees in a work zone with a crane operating within 20 feet of a 13,000v power line, without providing training regarding the danger of electrocution from the equipment making contact with the power source.
