29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) Front Porch Roof - On or about 10/25/2013, a roofer was exposed to an electrical contact hazard when a vertical member of a tubular welded frame scaffold he occupied was located within 22 in. away from an insulated power line carrying less than 300 volts into a residence.
