The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a. 64 Carillon Circle, Livingston, NJ - Building K, West elevation Employees engaged in residential roofing activities used a Genie aerial lift without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were using the aerial lift to install fascia at the third level (roof) and did not have a harness and lanyard. Violation observed on or about November 5, 2013
