Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Maintenance shop - On or about November 17, 2013 a relocatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into another relocatable power tap thereby potentially exposing employees to the hazard of coming in contact with an energized source.
