29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Brownstone Memorials, Inc. dba Standard Granite Co. - on or about November 6, 2013, the employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard Communication program where employees performing cutting, driling, and chiseling of granite were potentially exposed to silica dust. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
