29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a) Jobsite located at 12 72nd. Street, Long Beach Township NJ: Company employees from Frank Albani's Construction LLC., were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet to the ground below without using fall protection while framing and installing the floor sheating on a new residence under construction. Occurred on or about 11/06/2013.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 12 72nd. Street, Long Beach Township NJ: Company employees from Frank Albani's Construction LLC., were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet to the ground below without using fall protection and were not trained on fall protection, while framing and installing the floor sheating on a new residence under construction. Occurred on or about 11/06/2013.
