29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: This violation most recently occurred on November 08, 2013, at a workplace located at 1200 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX 75074; where at least two (2) employees did not use protective eyewear in the following instances: a. At least two (2) employees used Mag Hatch roofing hammers to install Tru Air Ridge Vents on the roof; b. At least two (2) employees used a Makita circular saw to cut the roofs decking materials to facilitate the installation of Tru Air Ridge Vents on the roof.

Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX 75074; where at least two (2) employees worked from the roof installing Tru Air Ridge Vents, not protected from falling greater than 6-feet to the ground level below.
