29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) North side of residential home at Lot # 5, 229 Avery St NE, Marietta, GA- Employee, installing siding from an Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold, approximately 23 feet above ground level, was exposed to fall hazards as he was not wearing a personal fall arrest system and neither guard rails or safety nets had been installed. Lucio Favela, was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g) (4) (i) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314638412, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 11/12/2010 with respect to a work place located at Lot # 10 Creekstone Manor, Roswell, GA 30075 and became a final order on 03/30/2011.
