29 CFR 1926.454(a)(2):     Employees have not received training in the correct procedures for dealing with electrical hazards and for erecting, maintaining, disassembling the fall protection systems and falling object protection systems being used:    (a)  Construction Site, Main Line Art Center addition:  On or about October 30, 2013 employees working from a Genie Lift approximately 6 feet above the ground were not trained as required.
