29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about November 8, 2013, at Lot 19, 1463 Josh Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from fall nail guns, wood, and other materials from the employees working above him when he did not use head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   On or about November 8, 2013, at Lot 19, 1463 Josh Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia:      a) An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12.1-feet when he worked at the unprotected edge of the garage roof without using fall protection.       b) An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8.1-feet to the floor beneath him when he worked from the top plate without using fall protection.   RTS Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 479559, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17,2012, with respect to a workplace located at Buford, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about November 8, 2013, at Lot 19, 1463 Josh Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia:      a) An employee performing framing work from the unprotected edge of the garage roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12.1-feet when the employer did not instruct him how to recognize and minimize fall hazards.       b) An employee performing framing work from the top plate on the second floor was exposed to a fall hazard to the floor below of approximately 8.1-feet when the employer did not instruct him how to recognize and minimize fall hazards.    RTS Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number479559, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Buford, Georgia.
