29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. Outside chlorine dispensing area - the hose adjacent to the 1,500 gallon chlorine tank resting on top of a drip pan contained a pressure nozzle which was not unscrewed for flushing. Violation observed on or about 11/8/13.
