29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. (a) Location - Etching Room: On or about November 8, 2013, etching containers were marked "QC Acid." The contents of the containers were not labeled with the specific chemical identity/hazard warning. The material inside the containers could have been citric acid, hydrochloric acid, or hydrofluoric acid mixed with water. (b) Location - Etching Room: On or about November 8, 2013, there was a crushed 5 gallon plastic container with an unknown liquid in it. The container was not labled.
