(a) Location - Etching Room: On or about November 8, 2013, etching containers were marked "QC Acid."  The contents of the containers were not labeled with the specific chemical identity/hazard warning.  The material inside the containers could have been citric acid, hydrochloric acid, or hydrofluoric acid mixed with water.  (b) Location - Etching Room: On or about November 8, 2013, there was a crushed 5 gallon plastic container with an unknown liquid in it.  The container was not labled.
