29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded. On 11/05/2013, employees from Stanley Muffler located at 3000 West Hwy 80, East Prairie, MO were exposed to point of operation hazards. The following machines did not have guards: Two horizontal lathes, models J.MK53 & J.360A located in machining room; Two drill presses, one Powermatic floor model and one bench model without serial numbers, located in maintenance room; & a milling machine, LAC-UN FTV-2, located in maintenance room.
