29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       (a) Front of residence at 5330 Cedar Mill Drive (Lot #24);  An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while laying brick on a low slope, unprotected roof approximately 12 feet above ground level. The employee was not wearing a personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (Construction Reference 1926.103)   (a) Front of residence at 5330 Cedar Mill Drive, Powder Springs (Lot#24);  The employer did not ensure employees operating a Toro Mortar Mixer signed and understood the Voluntary Use of Respirators (Appendix D of the Standard), exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
