29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Pick up/Laydown Pipe Truck: On or about November 6, 2013 an employee was working on a platform that was more than four feet in height and was not guarded. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard.

This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
