On or about November, 14, 2013, employees cutting or sanding granite had not had medical evaluations of their ability to wear the 3M 5200 tight-fitting face piece respirators. The Magma Granite & Marble, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii) contained in OSHA inspection number 315477935, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4370 NE 35th Street, Ocala, FL 34479-2236.
