29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:     On or about 11/1/13     Location: 101 Secor Lane, Pelham, NY 10803     a) The clearance in front of 110 volt circuit breaker panel # 3 was less than 30 inches. The area directly in front of the panel was blocked by a heavy metal work bench.     b) The clearance in front of 110 volt circuit breaker panel # 2 was less than 30 inches. The area directly in front of the panel was blocked by a pedestal mounted grinder, a box filled with heavy metal parts and a metal stand.
