29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a) Jobsite located at 467 Free Road, Manasquan NJ 08736: Company employees from F. Angello Construction, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below without using fall protection while framing a new residence under construction. Occurred on or about 07/29/2013. b) Jobsite located at 467 Free Road, Manasquan NJ 08736: Company employees from F. Angello Construction, were exposed to fall hazards while ascending/descending other levels without using ladders of stairways, the employees used the studs on the framed walls to climbed to higher/lower elevations. Occurred on or about 07/29/2013.

Angello Construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below and did not have fall protection training. The employees were performing framing operations on a new residence under construction. Occurred on or about 07/29/2013.
