OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:     a. 7001 Anpesil Drive, North Bergen, NJ     Employees were exposed to struck by hazards of collapsing racks of the metal storage racking system while the employees warehoused merchandise.  Several stanchions for the storage rack system had damaged stanchions.      Violation observed on or about November 13, 2013

29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a. 7001 Anpesil Drive, North Bergen NJ - NW side of warehouse  Employees were not able to open an exit route door without special knowledge.  The exit route door did not have a pushbar and was locked from the inside with a bolt lock.  Violation observed on or about November 13, 2013.
