29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. November 13, 2013: The cellar by the detention tank: Oil which was not cleared from the area was a slip hazard to concrete laborers working around form trusses. The Casino Development Group Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.25(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315261255 citation number 1, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/17/11, with respect to a workplace located at 138 Allen St NYC.
