29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form:      On or about August 8, 2013, the employer, MRL Industries, did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form: The employer, MRL Industries, sprayed the isocyanate containing paint, LORD Aeroglaze Z307 Black, without evaluating the respiratory hazards to their painter.        Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

The employer, MRL Industries, did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: MRL Industries did not medically evaluate the painter for their facility prior to fit testing and requiring the use of a respirator for painting operations.      Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)

The employer, MRL Industries, did not train their painter on the hazards of isocyanates contained in the paint LORD Aeroglaze Z307 Black.        Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
