29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-sope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safet monitoring system: At the location of 7824 E. 332nd St. in Wichita Ks, employees engaged in roofing activity were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the eave to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.
