Job site located at 13915 Manderson Plaza, Omaha, NE 68164-Employees in the process of re-roofing garages at the Benz Place apartments were exposed to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the ground level without using fall protection. The employees did have fall protection on the site but did not use the fall protection.
