On or about November 07, 2013, and times prior thereto, one employee working on residential construction over a roof with heights of 6 feet or more was not protected from falls. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about November 07, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees that were exposed to fall hazards while working on top of a stud walls with heights of six feet or more securing trusses in residential construction were not provided with training that coiuld enable them to recognize the hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
