29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) 75 Hartford Road, Delran, NJ 08057: On or about November 12, 2013, the employer failed to maintain copies of the safety data sheets for several chemicals used by employees onsite. The employer did not have MSDS's for chemicals including but not limited to: Synthetic Slip Diff Oil and Fleet Supreme 10W-30 Motor Oil.
