29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage:         (a)  Jobsite:  On or about November 14, 2013, the dispensing unit on the double walled 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank was not protected against collision dmage.  The tank had approximately 175 gallons of diesel fuel in it.  The tank is used to refuel heavy equipment on the site.

This diesel fuel tank had about 175 gallons of diesel in it.
