29 CFR 1926.153(o): "Damage from vehicles." When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic is a possibility, precautions against such damage shall be taken. a) At the jobsite, in front of building 800, on or about 11/13/13: Employees were exposed to injury from two 500 gallon propane tanks, placed without protection from vehicle traffic that was in close proximity to the tanks. b) At the jobsite, adjacent to an active roadway, near Phase 2 construction, on or about 11/13/12 employees were exposed to injury from one 500 gallon propane tank, placed in close proximity to and without protection from vehicle traffic. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
