(d) On or about January 28, 2014, for the employee who sustained a needlestick from a Braun 20-gauge x 1" Safety IV Catheter that was left uncapped and laying nearby in the Radiology Department of Essentia Health located at 3000 32nd Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
