Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  On November 6, 2013, on Lot #7 of the jobsite located at 408 Green View Ct, Lees Summit, MO., employees engaged in roofing activities on a steep pitched roof were exposed to serious fall hazard injuries, in that they were not using any Fall Protection Systems or Fall Protection Equipment. Fall hazards were from 14 feet up to approx. 31 feet to the ground levels.     Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
