Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On November, 08, 2013, on Lot#5 of a jobsite located at 9009 SW 2nd St  Blue Springs, MO., employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to serious fall injuries, in that they were not using any personal fall protection equipment. As a result the employees were exposed to falls varying from approx. 11feet up to approx. 20 feet.       Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
