On or about November 6, 2013: (a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock and or burns while using a flexible cord to power a portable air compressor and microwave oven in which the flexible cord did not have proper strain relief. (b) An employee was exposed to electrical shock and or burns while using a flexible cord to power a circular saw, in which the flexible cord did not have proper strain relief.
