29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed. Job site located at 1300 S Lincoln, West Point, NE 68788-Electrical panel L A at the facility had breakers removed and the opening created by removing the breakers were not blanked properly. The breakers in slot 26 and 35 were removed and not blanked properly.
