On or about November 15, 2013, the employer did not ensure the aisle way in the dietary area, which designated as an exit, was kept at least 28 inches in width, exposing the employees to hazards of fire and/or absorption from the corrosive materials used in the area.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location.   a)  On or about November 15, 2013 the outlet for the metal electric mixer was located within twenty-three inches of the sink and was not equipped with GFCI, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.  b)  On or about November 15, 2013 the fan used to dry kitchen utensils was not powered by an outlet containing a Ground Fault Circuit Interruptor (GFCI), when used in a wet area, exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard.
