29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Location: 8 Springfield Street, Wilbraham MA: On or about November 19, 2013, an employee was observed performing roofing work on a steep roof without any fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 16 feet to the ground surface below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
