Employees did not have personal protective equipment training on topics including, but not limited to, use, care, storage and limitations of personal protective equipment.   B.)  Dwyer Plumbing, Inc. dba Dwyer Plumbing and Excavating Company, 8170 Perry Highway, Erie, PA  16509, on or about November 5, 2013 and times prior thereto:  Employees who were provided with portable dry chemical fire extinguishers did not have fire extinguisher training.   C.)  Dwyer Plumbing, Inc. dba Dwyer Plumbing and Excavating Company, 8170 Perry Highway, Erie, PA  16509, on or about November 5, 2013 and times prior thereto:  Employees utilizing a Craftsman Power Miter Saw to cut materials including, but not limited to, PVC pipe.  The employees did not have training on the safety requirements noted in the 29 CFR 1926 Subpart I - Hand and Portable Power Tools.    D.)  Dwyer Plumbing, Inc. dba Dwyer Plumbing and Excavating Company, 8170 Perry Highway, Erie, PA  16509, on or about November 5, 2013 and times prior thereto:  Employees were utilizing electrical power equipment with flexible cords.  Employees did not have electrical safety training on topics including, but not limited to, proper use of GFCIs, hazards of temporary wiring, and the inspection of defects associated with extension cords.
