Lamberton Middle School, Carlise PA; North Face of Building - An employee accessed the roof of the building by climbing the rails of a JLG scissors lift (Model 2632E2) and was exposed to an approximate 47 inch fall hazard to the platform, on or about November 19, 2013.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    Lamberton Middle School, Carlise PA; North Face of Building - An employee was observed bolting up steel beams and was not protected from a fall hazard up to 17 feet to the ground below, on or about November 19, 2013.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
