Caprara New Dealership Project, Ford Building, Pulaski, NY - On or about 18 November, 2013 - Employees were working with metal decking on the roof working surface that was not secured against displacement when the environmental (wind gusts) conditions required it. Or, in the alternative: OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. a) F.X. Caprara New Dealership Project, Pulaski, NY - On or about 18 November, 2013 An employee was struck by displaced steel decking that was unsecured on a rough terrain forklift elevated to the roof level and subsequently blown off the roof.
