29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) Quasar Construction & Renovation, LLC, 3400 Tejon St., Denver, CO 80211; On and before November 14, 2013, the employer failed to institute frequent and regular inspection program of the job site by a competent person. Condition resulted in poor safety coordination between two contractors for work scheduled by the employer on a 14 foot working surface. Employers performing the work were observed without adequate fall protective measures in place.
