29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. Northeast - On or about November 6, 2013, the concrete floor was not kept in an orderly condition in that the floor were covered with with electrical extension cords around the srink wapper. Employees were thereby exposed to trips and falls.
