Safety of equipment was not determined on the basis of classification by type, size, voltage, current capacity, specific use. a) 315 North 12th Street, 4th floor - The employer did not ensure the Defiant relocatable power tap which was being used for 3 Dewalt drywall screwdrivers was under current capacity for the specific use exposing employees to a fire hazard from over-heating. Observed on or about November 15, 2013.

Observed on or about November 15, 2013.
