Sweetwater Townhomes Subdivision, 1559 Creekbend Lane, Lot #1-6, Lawrenceville, GA (Jobsite)  - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.  Employees were using a portable ladder that did not extend 3-feet above the upper landing nor was secured at the top to prevent displacement while employees were accessing the ladder to get to the roof of the home, on or about 11/19/13.
